Cowichan Station

In 1881 Donald McPherson bought the lands that were to become Cowichan Station in the Cowichan Valley, on Vancouver Island, BC, Canada. In 1885 the town was established and became quite the bustling community until 2 fires and the recession gutted the town. Today, local residents remain steadfast and strong in their love for the area and it's history, and work hard to preserve the past that makes this little town truly special.
