Jasper Park: Maligne Lake

Maligne Lake is an incredible lake located about 30 kilometers or so outside of the city of Jasper, in Jasper National Park, Alberta. As a family, my folks used to bring us here almost every year for a visit and it has remained one of the most outstanding places I have ever seen. The mountains and the trees are indescribable, and the water in the lake is a blue unlike most. It is truly a stunning place.
