This gallery contains photos taken at the Cowichan Bay Festival, in the summer of 2010. This quaint little town sits on the seaside on Vancouver Island and during the winter seems to be almost forgotten. In the summer during the festival, the town comes alive. Displays include dress up events, various decorations about town, and bands performing live on the street for everyone to enjoy.
